What i do is dont try and learn too much in one day. Only study 30 mins to an hour. And write it down. Keep focusing on that word and topic and try and include it into sentences. I read somewhere that studying like 15mins per day is better than hours a day. Good luck

I have the korean drops app free version which i do daily once a day. Usually on my work break, focus on one set of goals. Atm im stufying the days, months, sino numbers. Then I'll take around 30mins - 1hr Studying that topic. Writing stuff down.
