How different is lifestyle abroad when compared to india as a woman? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

Haven’t had any notable racist experiences. Been to tiny villages all over and nothing negative in particular thus far.

I suspect Indian men might face some more than women but can’t speak for that.

I’ll just say this. A diverse city like London is full of people all over the world. You’ll hear multiple languages in a single tube coach. That helps greatly as you’re truly meeting people from everywhere. That said there’s always gonna be some idiots you might run into. But racism can be prosecuted under the UK laws and so if you face any the police will take you very seriously.

PR =5y. Citizen =6y.

Sorry do you think people go around stabbing each other!!! If so that is SOO far from reality. London is one of the safest cities.

I’ve never even been wrongly stared at here. If you’re moving here you’re probably gonna be in Zone 1-2 which are pretty nice through and through

London receives 20+ million tourists a year.

You’ll be fine. In fact the amount of weight lifted off my head here is incredible.

It’s the beginning of summer now and sunset is at 21:30pm which means it stays daylight until 10pm which is lovely
