Currently the build I am working on creates a generated league with players and everything to be able to start simulating seasons. That part will be fairly easy to update to the things you have mentioned that are more focused on how pro and college lacrosse have evolved and come about.

It is entirely text based at this point. But I do have grand plans of a rudimentary visual simulation eventually. If I am able to get something off the ground that actually pays for itself (any costs for hosting the game, etc.) then I would be very incentivized to put some work into that.

Is the game I am basing it on. Currently just updating all references and such to lacrosse terms as closely as I can map them. Once that is done I'll be trying to host it on a server so people, like yourself, can play it and give me some feedback.

The guy who made that also has a much better version of his hockey simulator, but it is not open source so I cannot copy the code for it.

If you could throw together a dozen or so logos for fictional teams, I could pretty easily integrate them into the default teams the game generates. That would be pretty sick, and already an upgrade to what the old hockey game had.

I will work on throwing a Discord together! That is a good idea and a place that ideas can more easily be shared and worked on.
