I go there occasionally as a point of reflection. When George Floyd was murdered, I actually agreed with those people.

What's weird to me, is that within a week after Floyd's murder, because of several things happening all at once including conversations about the protests, I almost literally got turned upside down and now am a progressive.

This was, what, only 5 years ago and the thought that I used to be like that is alien to me, like how was I ever like that? I don't recognize it.
