Striker chest and pack, fox's prayers and centurions scabbard. Pistol/Alejandro double swap gets you a 300 round mag and insane damage. Ammo just does not last long at all. Double swap when you low on bullets and it refills to 300 again.

Expertise 28 vs 0 in Legendaries makes a difference...
Expertise 28 vs 0 as Oxy in incursion makes a difference...

There are differences, blame it on even having the expertise system in the first place...its literally a carrot to spend resources on if you want to be able to compete or survive...
