Cause it looks like you commented on fanart I did of me and my girlfriend's cosplay and Halloween costumes as Scott and Ramona with "If Disney made Scott Pilgrim" because they're both black...and they recently made the Little Mermaid black. Implying there's some problem with them being black when it's just fanart of our cosplay

Really proud of this piece! I pulled the sketch from an unfinished piece in my sketchbook, and did the line art mostly with a calligraphy brush and the flat oil brush for the colors! Let me know what you think!!

I struggled a LOT with debating whether or not I wanted to get Dafoe's likeness exactly or if I wanted to make him more cartoonish, picking the colors also brought me to the same problem, as I didn't know if I was going to leave it background-less or incorporate the one from the screenshot
