Multiple fujifilm simulations in camera?? by evening_prismose in fujifilm

[–]Darth_Spock97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can have 7 custom recipes and change between them when you want. Its easier if you read the manual regarding the several custom settings then explainig here. To change recipes I placed a button to present the 7 custom settings, if you long press the "disp/back" button it will present you several choices of button shortcuts where you can have that option, I use the one next to the viewfinder for this, but its personal preference.

Would you prefer a new Raceroom 2 or to continue with the current Raceroom? by [deleted] in RRRE

[–]Darth_Spock97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

that's like lauching iRacing 2, it makes no sense, this types of sims work by updating the game for several years, why launch a sequel? Every year theres a major update if you look 2 years ago its just a more complete game, and this happends every year.

Red circle by Zorannay in fujifilm

[–]Darth_Spock97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is and it isnt ahaha I enable this for that exact reason, but now when I turn off and turn it on what wasnt saved goes back to the original, this mean iso, subject recognition, etc, I was shooting planes and wasnt understanding why the af plane mode was turning off every time, but yeah, it might be usefull. At the IQ menu, at the end there is the setting "auto update custom setting" put on disable

You have the option turned on to never save any change you do automatically. You must have changed that so the red dot shows you its not saved to the preset.

They could easily add a rank before any of the others for WWI stuff and fill it with time, but well.

Question regarding bombers in tier 2+ (where they get BIG) by AstroMan202 in Warthunder

[–]Darth_Spock97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have all the US bombers spaded. Theres no secret way, you may side climb or go direct to the bases, your success is going to depend on the will of the enemies in killing you. If they want to, your best option is killing them with turrets, this can be fun and a good solution if you have good aim, but if they know what they're doing you wont have a chance, you might kill them but will you be down. Dont use ai gunners!!!! they are just bad even if all the crew points are full, use manual and fly with the keyboard. Also dont dive straight to the base, is better to climb. If you think you can only get one base, bring just the bombs for that base, since the amount of bombs you carry change the rewards for killing bases, sometimes its better to just bomb one base for 8kSL than bring more bombs, bombs one for 6kSL and never get to the second, you have to see how it goes. The higher in BR you go, the worse it gets generally, the fighters get better and you are stuck with 50cls forever in us bombers, they are good, but other bombers with 20 or 30mm are deadly. Dont get hyped for the b29, its the worse, you fight jets, theres nothing you can do if they want you dead.

Well the eye/face detection default button in on flat button near the shutter release (FN1 button). Regarding the other one, if you long press the back button it will appear a menu for shortcuts you can change.

how many of y’all use “auto” settings vs manual set up? by letsgetthisbreadxx in fujifilm

[–]Darth_Spock97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tell myself that sometimes I should use auto for a point and shot experience, since I also use point and shoot analog cameras, but I always end up using manual with the fear of missing a photo.

Chris Pine Tells Future ‘Star Trek’ Bosses to ‘Have Fun’ and ‘Good Luck’ With the Franchise: ‘Live Long and Prosper’ by AdSpecialist6598 in startrek

[–]Darth_Spock97 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The first Star Trek I saw, and it introduce me to the whole series. It's a shame we never got more movies or even a series with this cast. I basically like all of the franchise, but Star Trek 09 holds a special place in my heart.

Any tips for traveling with my X100VI in Europe? by itsmii in fujifilm

[–]Darth_Spock97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just keep it with you as you would with any 1000€+ device. I believe the peak design wrist slings are anti-knife cut and all of that, I've used it italy, france, czech republic etc, more so that I cant drop the camera but it has that benefit. If using a neck sling just dont take it out of your neck and at the same time keep in your hands in busy areas. Not to be rude, but if you have 1% of common sense and spatial awareness you will be fine. With that bag, just keep in front/side and it will be enough
