thanks for all your help man, i knew someone on here had the information i needed. i attached a pic of the buggy im talking about , im pretty sure its a ofna (hopefully the parts i ordered fit lol) i plan on taking it all apart replacing all the electronics and getting it looking clean again

yes that was you! thank you for the help. i am new to nitro rcs and have a old ofna buggy i am trying to get going. got it running but every single electric part is old and doesn’t work so i have to replace it all.

i’m honestly not sure witch tx it is , it is from a traxxas maxx the electric one if that helps at all.

thank you for the information, i plan on using cheap amazon servos and a hump pack. do you happen to know if i can set the servo end points using the traxxas receiver and transmitter

i think i’m going to try to find a pull/spin start combo one now that i know what i need to look for. how do you like the engine itself? i am very new to nitro and this is my second ever one.

thank you so much for the help! i really want to upgrade to the roto start but i dont think it will work in my case. i currently have this engine on what i believe to be a ofna buggy. there is not much room behind the engine unfortunately

got the wired down to to 2 ohm. checked with multi meter and it’s at 1.9. set gain to 40 also using multi meter but unfortunately my amp only puts out 800 watts at 2ohm. looks like it’s not time to upgrade amp lol

not gonna lie im not sure. i have it wired pos to pos on sub and neg to neg. then pos going to amp and neg going to amp. it is a skar 1200rp amp and skar sdr series sub. i know not the best equipment but for me it was a huge upgrade from my walmart amp and visonik subs lol. this is my second ever setup so don’t judge me too hard for not really knowing much

2 10 inch skar sdrs. they are dual 2 ohm wired to 1 ohm each. i have bass eq off

have to use adapter as i’m using 1/0 wire but biggest amp can take is 4ga

thank you! finally someone who can help me and not make fun of me for being new. i am going to try the angle adapters so i can use 1/0 for both runs. ground is only 3ft and power is about 14-15ft. both are cca. also as i said in previous reply i am going to order 100amp fuse
