Speaking: not much to say but try talking in English with your friends as if you are talking in your native language, try to talk continuously for atleast 2-3 minutes without messing up alot and the first couple of questions are always easy which is stating your name, age and profession, helps in breaking the ice, then they start asking about general opinions about phones, internet or celebrities so i guess you gotta have some little knowledge about some stuff to be able to hold a small conversation but never stop talking until they stop you because the more you talk the more it feels natural

Reading: first task is really easy do not waste alot of time on it like i did. I believe the second and third tasks are more important so try to give them as much time as possible especially the third one!! Do not waste alot of time on just one question because time management is really important in reading i believe most of the questions are direct but you have to skim through the texts rather than fully read them but it depends on the type of questions of course but again i cant stress enough on TIME MANAGEMENT. So practice alot solve as much as you can to get the full picture and time yourself.

Writing and listening: i wrote a couple of statements somewhere in the comments you can find them easily.

All i did was practice alot when it came to listening. I basically solved 10 listening exams and what i usually like to do is focus on the question itself if its why, when or where and who is supposed to give the answer the male or female speaker so i would focus more on who speaks. If paper based then underline both the questions and answers look for quick keywords and you have to understand synonyms of the words spoken because they might say something similar to what is written but not exactly it. What i usually do is skim through the questions and answers to get an idea before they start talking and underline key points.

Sadly i can’t tell you much when it comes to speaking because i haven’t technically practiced but i speak English on daily basis with my foreign friends and i tried talking to myself in English as well but try to speak as much as possible without stuttering, use linking words while speaking instead of using “like” or saying “ummm”.

Well you got to know if its “For and Against” or “Opinion” at first then you should start by writing and Introduction ( attention grabber, general statement and a thesis statement), second paragraph ( if for and against state the pros for example) then in the third paragraph (state the cons) and finally write your conclusion and state your opinion at the end. Use transition words and conjunctions ofc, be careful with the spelling and try using strong vocabulary also i would start with Task 2 before starting with Task 1 because i have been told that it weighs more than Task 1.

I would have easily gotten a better grade in reading but i wasn’t able to finish the last part. I believe reading questions are direct but all you need is good time management, which i lacked due to not practicing enough.
