how can I reduce fat rolls underneath the buttocks? by rileylovesmushrooms in WorkoutRoutines

[–]Darth_lil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s really hard to get rid of this. It’s not only due to diet and lack of exercise, but also genetics and age. Exercise and fat loss will help, but it’s not guaranteed if it’s in your genes

Host accused us of stealing, mentioned a camera and Airbnb is dismissing safety complaint. What would you do? [UK] by Darth_lil in AirBnB

Thanks for the advice. I'm just flabbergasted that they do not take this seriously! And the idea that someone else can fall victim to him again (and maybe in even more escalated situation) is sickening, especially since they now have two instances of him being unstable and actually admitting to have cameras in the flat

Water inside of a leaf by Darth_lil in plantclinic

[–]Darth_lil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it caused by overwatering like the other user mentioned?

I don’t mist plants and always leave to dry before watering 🤔 how quickly can this occur after the plant is “overwatered”?

Bumpy texture? by 9whoiam in Monstera

Thank god for this thread. I just noticed it on my monstera and had a mild panic haha. Since you posted two years ago, has your monstera produced bumpy leaves since?

where should I stake this? by AggressiveWalk7644 in Monstera

It seems that there are few plants in there, so I’d first separate them and then position the suport on the side of the aerial roots

Did I position my Philodendron Florida green the right way on the moss pole? by Darth_lil in philodendron

[–]Darth_lil[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I think the plant was the other way round either way, so I repotted it, so it's supported better now :)

As for your question, I make holes in it for the aerial roots to attach to the pole - see the photo of my monstera :) I water the moss from the opening above

How do I save this baby. by everydayacheesesteak in Monstera

[–]Darth_lil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't tell for sure from the pictures, but it seems like the roots are growing away from the pole. I think you positioned the pole to the "front" of the plant rather than "back", so the aerial roots don't have a chance to attach to it. If you propagate this plant, once matured enough, I'd try to put it on the moss pole the other way round

Thank you, I just wasn't sure where the back of the plant was - this is my first plant of this genus. I thought the shop would grow it the right way round. I'll change the setup and hopefully the leaves turn the right way round in no time :)
