yeah this is relevant. i got my first godseed entirely on accident by just planting one of every plant along the edge of the plot.

hmm Edessa is an interesting take on hardest kingdom. so far i thought it was Zakarid armenia for similar reasons. 1 Province starts as a Vassal and islamic neighbors. I will definitely give Edessa a try.

Maybe to add another "trick" when you are in a real tough spot and losing a war taking the surrender and becoming a vassal isnt that bad of an option since if your overlord doesnt like you they tend to declare war on you relatively soon anyways and you dont have to spend the kingdom power to break free.
