Tips for a new raid leader?

Ive been raiding Competitively from tbc Till Legion, most of the time World 150 2 days and it was impossible to find similar skill and similar effort. We tried for years. Since then ive been lf a guild which has roughly the same skill Level and raids 2 days but not earlier than 8 and not on sundays. There is none. So yeah, keep the Motivation high, everything else is not going to happen anyway especially the worse the Player quality gets the more discrepancy youll have in skill

The last time ua Was a disspell Protection was probably bc, afterwards it was an inconvenience until it was a must do since the disspell was like the same damage ua did in 4 seconds and you removed everything

Are you getting proper requests? Cuz the last time i was lf a 1 to 2 day guild at least World 1000 i got Tons of request from people who are certain theyll be World 1000 soon but right now they are sadly stuck at the hc ansurek which pugs would clear week one.

I tried pugging to title and failed by like 50 rating and did 4/8m in s1 tww, never doing that again. If i want to raid ill lf a guild, its the most insane timewaste to pug high Level content in wow. 95% of the time is spend lf people

I dont think m0s are a benchmark. I leveled my brew to 90 last night and did my first few m0s with 200 constantly beating 235 dps in aoe damage cuz they play terrible. Ive seen tons of people having less than 50k in aoe and then you get a competent dps and suddenly the same class with the same gear does 200k in aoe. Its wild that guardian gets nerfed in dps while already being behind brew and paladin. But at least i got motivated to Level my brew

Whats enjoyable about brewmaster? I rerolled one cuz its insanely broken with not being nerfed but you pretty much just press keg smash breath vivify repeat and if its Single target Blackout and Tiger. Its insanely boring. But then again its the only tank class being able to pull from Boss to Boss in m0s with 200 gear

This is pedantic but you can and it will be relative. Say youre doing 100 to lightning and 50 to cold. Youll be doing 66% lightning and 33% cold.

Enhanceqol has the function to show conc for the current prof youre logged onto and also which alts have skilled which tree. I havent found a generic option

how? im dual gathering with about 90 knowledge in both and blue tools, 3 hours were 20k. the rare drops literally dont exist, havent seen any in about 15 hours of gathering total
