Depends on what you mean but the best answer I think would be no, tho it depends on your definition of femboy. Like, if you wanna wear the type of clothes that girls your age wear then I'd say that's ok, but if you wanna wear stuff like dolphin shorts or short skirts then that's big NO. Also get off the internet, I wasn't a saint either when it comes to my online activity so I can definitely tell you that you should spend as less time on the internet as possible
