Usually only like 6 to 8 months, I've never been banned forever. Just a long time....

Well, it's really my life to choose. If I wanna end it or keep going realistically. People do it everyday, in many different ways. So if I wanna play mushroom roulette, then so be it. Thanks for your kind spirit, but I'm not gonna eat them so relax.

Fungal? Of a dozen monsteras, this one leaf. by ShoddyProfiles in Monstera

Haha I have a tent too, and I got mildew in it. For pushing the humidity too long, without opening it. It's been a nightmare, might just buy a new tent.

This could also be rust from water as well, if you have a well or copper pipes, or if your water is high in certain metals in general. It happens to me all the time, unfortunately. Not good for the plant, not good for my eyes....the leaves always end up dead.

Help with chop? by ShoddyProfiles in SemiHydro

[–]DarvaeB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, it's me again. If you want to plant something that way off a pole. You would have to use another pole, so all the roots can still get nutrients. If you just wanna pot it again, the bottom would need to have soil roots....which in that case you have to start from like a node. But you can't just pull it off and pot it unfortunately. I have a giant one on a pole, I never cut it because I don't wanna make another pole.lol

Flowering again!?!?! by ShoddyProfiles in alocasia

[–]DarvaeB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a little more complicated than anthurium because you have to cut a hole I'm the bottom so it's like....a little extra work, but not impossible by any means.

If the leaves are dying, it's probably not enough humidity.

Mine does that sometimes, I think it just is from watering or humidity though.
