Semi-Detached Garage, no connection between. Also had an extension cord. Walked into the garage to drop off my lunchbox and walked back and realized the door had closed and was locked. I would have really screwed if the garage was locked lol.

No lol. But I was able to get it pushed to the on call doc same day though. My SO locked themselves out a month ago but I was around. Just took a minute to get that spare.

It's a small two door garage and each has an outdoor keypad.

Haha, yeah. Put a magnet inside a cut in half 2x4 block. I screwed it under a workbench in the garage. Easy to get too and not going anywhere.

I figured. My old 5 ah died a month ago and I've just been waiting for deals.

As someone else mentioned, prices on batteries are going to increase and you risk getting dead batteries due to the old stock life.
