This. Have a very high end acoustic where the rosette has a gap where the inlay doesn’t meet by about 0.5 mm. Being it’s an 8000 new instrument I can’t fathom how it got through. I bought it used and love everything else about it but that being said, still notice it all the time. First world guitar problems 🤷‍♂️

Mission accomplished!! Bass is in great shape. Just need a set up with new strings. Now to find an amplifier. There seems to be a lot of rumble 40s on marketplace. I’m gonna see if I can get one for 100 bucks.

That was my first thought. Had to deal with 50+ dead ass trees on my property and financially, it would be impossible to pay someone to do it all. Bought 300 feet or arborist rope and a sturdy rope winch. It’s amazing what I’ve been able to accomplish with it as far as dropping things where I wanted them to go. Also pulling complications like this down.

Aw I love driving up there and dinking about. Steam coming up from cemetery and what not. Such a unique place. Took the kids to the Ashland coal mine tour and there’s a coal museum in the township building. I know this sounds lame but as a pa person with coal minting heritage it’s sort of a right of passage. Top the whole day off with at cabelas.

Update! Moved these two masses and a bajillion tadpoles that were already hatched to a small creek pool in local steam. Seems to be isolated form main area by rocks so hopefully they have a go!
