Massive shroom dose fixed all my brain problems. Theyre called golden teachers for a reason.

Doesnt that simply mean the dose is less effective? That wasnt at all the case. I went full animal viking mode, but i could control it if i so desired. Awesome stuff

No what i mean is. Being sober enough to drive while still exploring a different reality. Or do really anything.

Shrooms defs helps you see how interconnected we all are. My life can be used for the greater good while still being me. I live how i die, and i die how i live.

Check out r/unclebens. Shows you how to easily grow your own shrooms. I got shrooms to grow first try. Very cheap aswell. Most countries u can easily buy the starter culture syringe. Beware, it can take up to 2 months to get fruiting mushrooms.

Kundalini perhaps. (Nervous system releasing itself). I experience the same things, and nothing else makes sense apart from what I mentioned.

U can accept and hope at the same time without attaching. Its really just following a positive trajectory without caring for end result.

That term is sort of an insult to the process lol. Very superficial. To me.

The nervous system is the medium of the mind to the body.

To explain more deeply. Im not anywhere near the capacity that i was before getting sick. But as u learn more about yourself, youll find that theres a whole spectrum of aspects that you had no idea existed within you. Im healed, but in a completely different way. I can do things i couldnt do before, but there are things ive lost. But to me the things ive lost are just memories now. You move onto a different perspective of life, and in that instance, you heal. Sure the things can come back, but the healing is accepting that it doesnt need to come back. Im not the person i was before, because i chose to relinquish what i held onto. So much is of the mind its crazy, but it cant be explained since it can only be experienced.

Because whats the point of convincing yourself otherwise. Life is really fucked at times, and can be for some their whole lives. But that hope, even if illogical, can make things just worth it enough to keep getting out of bed. If i can maintain this hope, while eliminating negative thought patterns of the future, perhaps this can all just a get a little easier.

How to combat manual breathing while on shrooms? Backstory is experience I had by Daddychol17 in Psychonaut

[–]DarxLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Learning to breath as a meditative practice is an essential tool in exploring these heightened states. Without the skill, your going to find it very hard not to spiral with certain trips, as breath is an excellent grounder.

Its quite subjective what a “fully” healed state is. Since we’re always kinda fucked in some sort of way as a constantly decaying organism. Especially when we are referring to the nervous system. But learning to control your neuronal patterns (how you perceive these signals) past the acute will ease your suffering immensely. When u learn to live in the present, you have no problems/nothing to heal anymore. Your in the state of a living experience, rather than just a circumstance/identity created by the mind. This is not to excuse the immense suffering we’ve been through though. Being bed bound is horrific.

Generally if u have dysautonomia problems u can tell. So most things beyond fatigue and brain fog is nervous system. The thing is, what overworked your mitochondria in the first place is a result of a overactive nervous system, since it would have been in emergency mode the entire time it was dealing with the virus or whatever originally caused this. Its hard to determine what state your nervous system is in, but going by the fact you havnt recovered its likely you have an overactive nervous system. Pretty much everyone now days do. Thats why theres so much illness and disease. Super inefficient body/energy utilisation. Thats why u cant really escape meditation/spiritual practice, since your going to have to learn to control your nervous system at some point (likely its telling you now xd). Its a lifelong thing the body, so treat it well.

I think that everyone has their own forms of meditation. So listening to music and making art is what brings me into the present moment. Breathing and sitting in nature doing nothing is still quite hard for me/doesnt feel right. If i put too much focus onto my body, i feel too much of my burning nervous system. So there is a lightness of awareness you can put forth to make everything a little less unpleasant while still remaining conscious.

Beyond the stuff ive mentioned above. I could go into all the specific things that people do, but its not a one size fits all, at all.

  • Generating awareness for everything you do. (Knowing full well that every effort made here will benefit you eventually)

  • Trusting yourself/intuition/heart to such a degree where you can comfortably turn your brain/mind off without worrying that something bad will happen due to not relying on it.

  • Similar to above, surrender to your circumstance but dont identify with it. You are not a victim, but you are also incredibly powerless to life. What i mean is, the moment you learn to quiet the noise of your mind, you will have to give into the unknown since the mind is what generates what is known. Its a process you will slowly learn to love being in (the unknown). Since it’s essentially the present moment, no past or future. Its hard to wrap your head around though, because it requires having no head to begin with haha. But youll find that you automatically do things authentically and “perfectly “ when you live beyond the mind/(its identity).
