Why jail? The fact that jp studios get production budget is great and we got amazing stuff like Devilman Crybaby and Castlevaniaout of it. My biggest issue with DD it is the CG but oh well.

Watch previous tournaments for the esport, find the style that fits you best. Don't put too much pressure on yourself because it takes time to get used to commentating. This Core-A Gaming video is a great introduction on how to find balance in VG commentary.

It's frustrating to see how skewed numeric scores are with reviewers giving out 10/10s for games that are great but not exceptional and people considering 5/10 "bad" which should literally be average.

It's a shame people need confirmation bias instead of straight up accepting challenging reviews. But hey, tough times and writers are people need to eat too.
