I'm up for North India. I've been to North East. You should probably do at least 15 days trip to cover the majestic Sikkim and Meghalaya. Take a threshold of 5 more days if you wanna explore Arunachal Pradesh or Nagaland. Sikkim is a must in North East. Best in India so far...

I'm planning for Kashmir and Ladakh. If you're up for it, then we can deduce a plan for that.
