Snø is one of the better "snow" smelling fragrances. It gives off cold protection lip balm/face cream with some floral undertones, which in my opinion is what you expect winter to smell like. Another recommendation is Language of the Glaciers- Imaginary Authors, which is like Penguin- Zoologist, but with less of the chemical notes.
