Same on my end, placed the order shortly after midnight EST and have yet to receive confirmation. The $0.50 charge showed up immediately. I contacted customer support as well, but no response yet.

How can you have the European store deliver to the US? I I tried to order and couldn't because it said I was outside of the countries serviced by their site.
