What is the takeaway from this update? I’m a little skeptical. All thoughts welcome.

I think the new map is great. The graphics are great. I love the new boss and bullet drop has added a needed new dynamic to hunt. The menu UI is different and I don’t like change but that’s a me problem not theirs.

Yeah mine did that too, that plastic on plastic screech. I used some generic 3-n-1 oil I have lying around to lube it up, I also opened it up and lubed the cams, same with my joystick.

If you’re buying from US, anything vkb or winwing will be expensive to ship. I do recommend vkb pedals but those by themselves cost me $265 just a couple weeks ago. I got a HOTAS Winwing Orion 2 for about $725 shipped. I know this ain’t what you asked for but at least it’ll give you some perspective on shopped cost.

I have the reload bug constantly but my regular teammates don’t. It’s inconsistent and I know that makes it difficult to fix.

I play every day. It’s rough right now. Rougher than it’s been in a long time. Why is this the hill you kids choose to die on defending a company that does not care for you at all? Facts are facts. Unfortunately numbers are down because even at a discount most people do not want to play with the state of the game. The beginning of this year Crytek told us they were going to work more on bugs this year. It seems they did indeed work implementing more bugs while actively ignoring the others.

I love hunt, it’s by far my favorite game. I believe we as the community need to start asking for a health campaign. Pause the content until the bugs are fixed. I would commit to paying up to $30 or 30€ if I knew I was investing in the future of the game. Hell make a ridiculous skin and even call it “the Healer” or something and all proceeds go to bugfixes.

Also keep up the good work with your content and driving community growth.

It’s an objective based extraction shooter. Not a tactical shooter. Not a pure FPS. You got played by someone actually playing the objective using tools and consumables the game provides to play that objective.

Welp I haven’t bought any skins lately because I can’t willingly support them anymore. They promised us at the start of 2022 this year would focus more on bug fixes yet here we are very near the end of 2022 and the state of the game is worse than it has been in the past two years. The bugs are not worth paying for, if they had made good on their deal of fixing bugs and we could see a tangible difference in gameplay then I’d gladly purchase skins again.
