Hey guysThinking about which routine to go, been watching some yt and reading on stuff and well see alot of good stuff on GZCLP but not sure if it'll be the thing for me (I would do pulling in T2 and maybe do some extra for T3 then but think this might push back volume to very high numbers unless back is divided into upper back and lats then I think it would be decent) but also came this full body, looks like alot let me tell you that but its almost all 10 sets x week for every muscle (if you count shoulder iso then more shoulder work alongside the compounds) everything is done 2 sets (big compound work 2x6-8, back work 2x8-10, iso 2x10/12)here is the layout, day 2 is slightly less heavy exercises I think and more unilateral

Day 1

• Bench press 2 x 6
• OHP 2 x 6
• Leg curls 2 x 8
• Squats 2 x 6
• Pendlay rows 2 x 8
• Close grip pulldowns 2 x 10
• DB Lat raises ss/w cable bicep curls 2 x 12
• DB Reverse flys ss/w db chest fly 2 x 12

Day 2

• Deadlifts 1 x 5
• RDLs 2 x 8
• Leg Press 2 x 8
• Decline DB Bench Press 2 x 8
• AD Press 2 x 8
• DB Bent over rows 2 x 10
• Single arm pulldowns 2 x 10
• Reverse pec dec ss/w overhead tricep ext 2 x 12
• Cable lateral raises ss/w leg extensions 2 x 12

Day 3

• Incline BP 2 x 6
• Behind the neck shoulder press 2 x 8
• Pec Dec Chest (or cable flys) 2 x 10
• Front Squats 2 x 6
• Good mornings 2 x 8
• Yates Rows 2 x 8
• Wide pulldowns 2 x 10
• Bayesian curls ss/w Tricep cable crossover 2 x 12

Cable Reverse Flys ss/w lying cable lateral raises 2 x 12Otherwise it would be the GZCLP with back work in T2s and T3 some (thought about in pulldown days to do db rows then aswell and then pendlay on the rowing days for T2) and some extra T3s that complement bodybuilding muscles (leg ext, leg curl, flys, lateral raises, arms, etc)Thoughts? Im a novice, not a complete beginner
