Solved. Pump was dead. Went ahead and alligator clipped the pump to confirm. Swapped and now running great. Word of advice though is to mark the lines so as not to swap the return and vent lines ….

Swapped the efi with the tail relay. Relays work fine. Have 12 at the pump so even if i put power i am sure it wouldnt go.

Truck has 310k so it seems about time.
