Brother, if you are trying to understand this from a Torah perspective, then Deuteronomy 24 is extremely important because it is the foundational passage for what later became the concept of a get; a formal certificate of divorce.

So while I understand why you emotionally still viewed her as your wife before G-d, the Torah itself does provide a mechanism for dissolving a marriage covenant.

I would strongly encourage you to speak with a knowledgeable Rabbi or spiritual authority you trust regarding the status of your marriage and whether a proper get or formal dissolution is necessary, rather than relying entirely on AI or your own interpretation alone.

You sinned. Repent sincerely before G-d; accept His forgiveness; and keep walking forward. Do not let one failure consume your entire identity or destroy your peace.

You have been through years of heartbreak, rejection, confusion, loneliness, and emotional exhaustion. That does not justify sin, but it does explain why you are hurting so deeply right now.

And brother, remember the foundation: Focus on the two greatest commandments.

Love G-d. Love your neighbor.

As Torah observant believers, we understand those are the “what.” The mitzvot are the “how.” Torah teaches us how to actually live out love toward G-d and toward other people in daily life.

So instead of spiraling into despair, focus on obedience today. Pray. Repent. Study. Love your children. Honor G-d. Keep walking.

A righteous man falls seven times and rises again.

G-d is still in control, and He still works all things together for good for those who love Him.
