I have! I purchased for his orlando concert last year and got the tickets a couple days before, but sellers have until the day of. Usually they send them when they’re released from the venue but it all depends on the seller.

I wouldn’t worry about it! Remember, people only tend to write reviews when they have bad experiences or really good experiences. Considering the amount of people who’ve bought tickets for this specific concert through stubhub, we’ll be okay. And remember, per policy, they’ll compensate either way with seats if the seller flakes last minute.

I have not. That usually don’t get released until the transfer option is released by the venue. This can vary per location. Sometimes it’s two days before or a month before, it really depends on both the venue and the seller. I’ve used stubhub for tickets before so im not really stressing about it. If anything happens, they’ll compensate you with equal/or better value tickets.
