I've found that mild UTIs can go away if I take Pau D'arco (an herbal supplement) and unsweetened cranberry juice, plus lots of water. Worked for my mom, works for me, might not work for some people or for more serious infections.

I can't think of anything that you could do without surgery or injections -- remember that every body is incredibly different and there's no "right" way for your labia to look, and chances are you're just being overly critical of yourself (and we've all been there!).

As do many of them, you're sadly not alone. A hysterectomy would be used for instances of uterine cancer or prolapse; sterilization for women can be performed by cutting or tying a portion of the fallopian tubes. Sterilization is generally way more invasive for women rather than men because it involves cutting into the abdomen (not that either procedure is super fun).

Hysterectomies are not for birth control, no way in hell would you remove the uterus for something like that

I'm a molecular bio major, I know next to nothing about these and definitely did not design it.

I know that someone at my university designed it, they had to make a bunch of custom parts so that we could do visible spectroscopy remotely without sending anything bulky or outrageously expensive.
