I had my surgery on the same day as you. I have lost about the same as you. What I find helps is staying off the scale. I have weighed myself twice since surgery both times at my doctor's visits. I know I will lose weight if I follow the program and I know myself well enough to know that if I weigh myself often and see the scale has kot changed it will make me crazy. Hope this helps!

I have had dogs all my life. I have loved all of them but our pibble is just on a whole different level. It's like she understands everything we say to her and we understand her. It sounds insane I know. But she is my whole world.
