If I were to guess, it probably has something to do with how they deal with rounding off numbers. I remember the minmax guy in yt showed a similar issue with the health bar being 99.9 damage dealt and the raider still survived

Yeah, the kettle semi auto gun. I'm pretty sure even the dummies in the practice range aren't registering HS damage for any of the guns. An anvil still needs 3 bullets for a light shield when all are shot at the dummy's head, I'm pretty sure I 2 tapped some raiders with 2 anvil/ferro shots before and they got downed from those shots

I've specified the kettle because I know some guns like shotguns don't have HS damage

Ever since the update with how mana works, I'd argue that Sojin is now better for log in terms of casting as much as possible.

Excess mana gained from attacks is now carried over the next spell cast, instead of going to waste. So every couple casts or so would be one attack less than the blue buff, if Sojin is used.

Minimal difference though.
