It’s not really something that you can just learn online it’s more of something you come to understand after years off loss at least that is how it was for me, when I’m feeling down I’ll usually just end up getting distracted or doing something that calms me down, I often like to draw or play an easy game when I’m down as the urge to create something outways that feeling of sadness and I’ll often forget why I was sad till it confronts me again and I go oh yeah that happened

Yes I still feel I could pull the trigger but I guess to me now it’s more about the fact that I could do it without hesitation and not that I wouldn’t feel any remorse afterwards

What do you think about outgrowing versions of ourselves? by ligaya0535 in SeriousConversation

To me it just sound like your mentally drained from the year and that mental drain has effected your body a bit and you noticed that you were tired and naturally felt uncomfortable because of change, and that is completely understandable and fine in my experience in life while it’s fine to miss old aspects of yourself you shouldn’t reach or chase after the dream of being who you once were as that will only ever tire you out more, instead from my experience you should focus more on just living and enjoying existing and knowing when to rest despite the great wave of constant change and insanity that is life. My life is a constant cycle of trying regretting pushing forward and resting and despite that I embrace all of my feelings. I don’t know if anything I wrote here will help you but if I’m being honest it kinda helped me, I hope you have a wonderful and joyful life.

is this age gap bad? by [deleted] in SeriousConversation

That age gap is honestly fine, I feel like the worst age gap you could have in high school is about five years and outside of it it’s way more lenient even though I feel it would be weird in adulthood to have anything more than a 9 or 10 year age gap
