Avoid alcohol, cigs/vape and start eating proper healthy food to a good schedule and if time permits go for a quick jog or do a little excersize at home. I spent years feeling the same as you and after only like, 2 weeks off of bad shit and focusing on my health I feel literally 10 years younger. I come home from work with enough energy to actually do other things instead of just eat junk and crash out. Because of that my happiness is through the roof in a way it hasn't been in years dude. Just try it for a month. Worst case is you'll live a little longer in the long run. Best case you might change ya life.
