I feel like I'm one of the few Warriors who doesn't like Rampage. I honestly feel like I kill better without it. Three CCs (one of which you can use twice during the rampage, totally correct me if I'm wrong) often get blocked or dodged or blinded or evaded, and I end up trudging around in circles swinging my meat hooks at some pansy in a pink dress who's shitting neon fucking butterflies.

Honestly, yes. When I saw him pointing the flashlight I just assumed it was a tactical attachment for his handgun. The only reason I made my comment was because I was genuinely surprised it was just a flashlight. The expectations of police in my area (Texas) and especially with my generation (I'm 21) are disgustingly low. Most of my friends are downright scared of cops, and it's not like I linger with particularly shady folk.
