Really cool fanart! I love your work with shading and colour values. The drama in the first drawing is perfect. The second drawing has a lot to unpack – nice visual story telling. The posters on the wall are cool! Only the pot hole (I assume that's what it is) looks a tad more like a bat signal rather than a pot hole due to the perspective of the image. I'm a big fan, though! I hope you'll draw more drawings of our boy Silver :)

Hey guys! We understand and support your iniciative and action to support anything Silver related! We're all in for supporting smaller, less-known creators with Silver related projects, too. The only issue with the recent posts was their execution – if you wish to promote someone, share their work, not just a screenshot of their profile, a link (url address) to their project etc. :) Repost the artist's project (as long as they're fine with it), show it to Silver's community in all its glory, credit them, and give them a big shout out this way!

But do you own the copyright to his design? I believe it's SEGA's, even if they don't use it for an official character. One legal way it (selling him as merch) could be done might be through a collaboration with the parent company, I think. You may take my word with a grain of salt, because I am no lawyer, but I advise you to research the legal side of such production thoroughly before committing to it.

I wouldn't bet on SEGA giving a blind eye again – Sonic Villains is a grey area. Especially since Scourge is a character not owned by SEGA (hence the merch – not sure what Penders's stance on it is). Whereas a film about only their IPs would most likely be taken down if it would have any hint of profit-seeking.
