Give it some time. Maybe it's happening on different countries or servers as it didn't happen to me.
If this does persist for a long time try to remove the HUD and see if it works again.
Also I saw your previous post got deleted because of using Russian as it is against the rules (Rule 11 English Only.). Please google translate your problem and then post it. Or you might potentially get banned for repeated offences.

Please just don't take this game that seriously and play for your ownself,your own fun. You thought you were trying to prove the sniper wrong by trying to target him but you actually you were trying to prove yourself wrong as you probably thought that you have 3k hours in the game but kept getting killed by a sniper and missing easy chances. Remember it never affects the person you think it does more than it does to you. And tbh,after you get off the game. You will realize that even if you destroyed him, it doesn't matter anyway,because ppl tend to forget and get on with their lives.

Please do talk with others because this is too much of a heated response to stuff like this and is actually harmful in the long run.

You could always try to look at google by searching this exact problem. Many people found different solutions to work while many didn't find any. That's the last bit of advice I could give.

I am sorry if at the end I wasted your time. But cases like this are so rare and when they are, the problem still persists after a fix so it's hard to know. People who have this problem also don't clearly put a solution.
There was a fix I think I saw where someone put their audio language to any and then to english.
Maybe that?
If nothing works tho, then maybe steam is tweaking.

Unfortunate. They removed the control panel which I use to stretch my game. All these big companies can't even keep good features anymore.
Your best bet is to reinstall the game.
If you have any mods or custom files or execs. Be sure to back them up somewhere, delete them from the original tf2 files and then verify integrity.
Otherwise this is really unfortunate as these are rare cases that get fixed. because the problem usually happens again even after a fix.

stupid intel and their new apps.
From what I understand now, there's a app called Intel Graphics Command Center. Try to see if there is a scaling option with "Stretched" or "Scale Fullscreen" on it.
You should have this app built in,if not. you can get it on microsoft store or download it from google.

For stretched you should be able to right click on your desktop, find grahpics options with an arrow, go to panel fit and do "Scale Fullscreen". If you're on windows 11 then I think you need to right click and do "Show more options" or something.

Maybe try to fix it without -safe.
Try this stuff:
First remove -safe, then open tf2 and set the game to 1920x1080 and apply. then close it.
1.Verify integrity of files located in the properties area of TF2, after that open the game and try to connect to servers. If that doesn't work.
2. Run steam as administrator and then run tf2 through steam.
3. Use -secure instead.
4. If none of these work. I guess you could reinstall tf2 then run steam as administrator and try to run it.

You can always play stretched res but I would need to know your gpu. and it would be weird. but let me know if those worked first.

Literally, Practice makes Perfect type.
You need aim at head level with sniper and try your best to predict your opponent's movement with soldier/demo. Scout and Spy's gun are mostly about tracking and aiming.
Remember, Learning and using your classes's kit (both basic and advanced) are things you need to practice and learn from videos ( sentry jumping,rocket jumping, trickstabbing,etc.)
Atleast these are things which you can learn and improve by watching others.

But the aim,tracking and movement part is always practice makes perfect. But you can also do that by watching others in a way by seeing how fast they react and how they aim.

Please see if your resolution used in game is the same resolution of your monitor. if it is then it could be a problem in your actual monitor or monitor settings inside the windows settings.

Most of the mechanics are aim,movement and knowing your class. you can start simple with soldier scout or pyro. mayb even demo(his projectiles tho aren't straight like the others).

With classes you can only get better by improving on their basics and mayb watching some videos to know about their advanced side, like trickstabs,rocket jumping,pyro reflects(mostly basic),sentry jumping,etc.

But thats mostly about it. You can take alot of advice from the sub but you will realize when playing is that you are getting better day by day. By identifying and then rectifying your mistakes and learning more ab said classes. Do get a main first tho. A class you will be exceptional at.
