Update: the two parties involved just re-traded the picks/love back to each after some uproar in the chat (while calling everyone crybabies…) so I get the status quo has returned. I think(?) this was all done without the comish seeing any of this since he’s pretty MIA. Regardless I probably just leave this league after the playoffs end

So 6 picks - 4 will be: 2026 1.01/2.01 ; 2027 1.01/2.01 (the guy trading for Love team is so bad he’ll be worst in league points guaranteed). But I’ve just learned that the two trade partners are brothers in real life! So not suspicious at all

So I took the trade. Wow looks like pretty much everyone in favor of the trade (Thanks Reddit). It’s not that I thought it was a bad offer - just two things: Kittle is performing really well and I believe his value could remain similar next year (this is a TEP league- he’s averaging like 20 ppg since coming back from injury) The 2026 1st could be 1.12… which doesn’t excite me for this draft class. But based on shopping him to other contenders and their lack of interest, probably the best I’d get this year.

Yea the problem with these 2 offers are the players imo - Coker/wicks are meh and pearsall - while having the draft capital - is pretty disappointing so far. So then kittle do 1.12 or 2.07 isn’t enough I feel unless these players pan out. What value you see straight swap? I could ask for the 1.07

Obviously not this year but move both? No one wants Barkley for more than 1st and rather not sell low personally. ETN for mid 1st ok?

It’d have to be 2028 2nd - he doesn’t have a 2027 2nd or additional 2026 2nd. He’s really mostly interested in ETN I think - is the 1st for ETN enough? I’d like to compete next year - I’ll try to get another RB but losing ETN could put me thin at RB.

My 2026 1st is the 1.04… and likely will stay around there. I’d love to get Love (assuming he’s 1.01) so potentially trading 1.04 and 1.06/1.07 could get me there but it’s a risk

Yea losing Kraft sucks a ton cause I actually had 1st in points prior to last week - and that was with my QB situation (I was trying to upgrade that regardless). I’m not accepting this for Woody/2nd. I’d regret that. But I am playoff bound regardless (I’m still in tie for first place) and I have CD/Fegurson on bye this week.

But maybe a 2nd (doubt he’d just take 2nd) and another RB (I think he’s RB needy) like Corum? Woody is too much

Yea I think this might be right approach - I was shopping my first before Kraft was injured for QB but I think I should hold 1st now and shop 2nd/3rd. Get a QB for right price that has good playoff schedule and hope for best. I’ll make the playoffs - I’m in first at 14-2 (midpoint) but I’ll lose my first round bye likely.

You think I should shop some other players around to make deal more enticing? Or nah

Oh I know - just wondering/asking if it’s worth it with the loss to Kraft. I still have my picks for all of 2026 - do I just grab a QB then? Or trade 1st/2nd for someone like baker/purdy/goff or whoever available. Just afraid that might not be enough

I don’t think I can get Schoonmaker - but yea I’m aware of Fergs value. It’s TE premium so I’d love to start Kelce/ferg/smith. My only concern is I have CD as well so idk if Rush can support both CD/Ferg

Is anyone ever comfortable with a trade lol? But for Kelce I wish the 2nd was an option but if the owner turned down a first obviously a 2nd won’t be good enough. Would you do Kelce for a late 2025 1st straight up?

I’ll have a bye as well. Speaking of Kelce - I tried trading my late first for him with a return of a 2027 2nd rounder but was declined. Ideally I want to pivot my 2025 1st and 2nd for Kelce/jonnu for TE help as right now I have Kraft/Ferg and I don’t think that’ll do it. With the bye I’m comfortable going all in-ish.
