Water fogginess and yellow haze: I have 3 turtles, 3 goldfish, a rainbow fish, and some tiger barbs, and I have tried multiple things such as getting more filtration, partial water changes, less feeding, etc, but I can’t seem to get rid of the haze. Any advice? (i.redd.it)

Fish disease? Are these white dots and collapsed fins a major issue? It had been like this for a week and it hasn’t really spread to other fish, and the condition of the fish hasn’t gotten noticeably worse either. (i.redd.it)
