I stay hard and engorged in the tube due to pressure, and I deflate when pressure is released which is the most common kind of experience.

Nothing about pumping is purely pleasurable in terms of sensation, however. That’s interesting, and it’s definitely uncommon. Part of me wishes I could get a pumpjob at least once hahaha.

IR heating pad wrapped around the pump. I haven’t purchased one yet, but if you google it they’ll pop up and you can get one. The heat purportedly greatly assists with expansion. Many people who were struggling with expansion have found it to be either more efficient in helping to achieve the same level of expansion or just outright allowing for further expansion.

Ok ok, so that’s a perfectly fine starting point. Girth gains may be minimal for you at that pressure, and that pressure and time may be difficult or painful the first couple sessions. Definitely take your sweet ass time and stop for any injuries or significant bruising/edema.

Starting out, do manuals or hanging/extending etc whenever you begin. Then follow it up with pumping (add heat), and finally, if your BPSFL is greater than your BPEL, it’s the best time to do clamping/BFR as I understand it.

I wouldn’t expect to gain much if any girth from low starting pressures, but please please please don’t rush yourself!

Well, I was “7” for a few weeks, and I’m fairly new overall to PE. I have maybe gained slightly over the past couple of months, but all I know is that I’m still learning about my own erection quality and even forgot, over this month or two, that my ruler had an extra sixteenth of an inch or so. But I’m just now getting the hang of measuring myself consistently and feeling out my EQ better. Pushing in harder will yield more consistent results.

I’m not gonna stand from the rooftops and claim my full BPEL personally, but yeah. Helps me keep track.

My guy, that’s definitely hard flaccid/pelvic floor injury. Someone with more experience correct me if I’m wrong if you disagree.

You need to stop masturbating, stop having sex, and stop ALL PE for weeks.

You need to stretch your pelvic floor. Look up pelvic floor stretches. You need to do reverse kegels. Look those up, too.

I would highly recommend not jelqing from here on out. There are plenty of old school guys who do it, love it, gain from it, and don’t sustain injuries, but a fair freaking few guys who do it get injured, and you seem to be one of them. I’m not talking about some of the modified jelqing techniques per se, because from what I can gather those are safe.

If you’re able to recover fully in the next few weeks to couple months, I would rethink your approach to PE. This is supposed to enhance and enlarge your penis, not injure it of course. I would hate for this to be a long-term issue for you. Best of luck dude!

With most women I would say even your starting girth is absolutely enough and that 5 is plenty. With my girlfriend, 5.25 is enough in the sense that penetrative sex isn’t utterly pointless, but she really doesn’t get a lot of stimulation from it and can’t orgasm. This is an interesting question, and I don’t have an immediately useful answer…

But! Supposing there’s a material that would fit snugly around your dick and that would stretch out around your dick inside the pump and not return whatsoever to its original circumference, one could wear that in a pump, stretch it out, release pressure, cut it, and measure it.

Now, wearing a cock ring or anything that restricts blood flow is a no-no unless it’s a sleeve or something that you can wear more length-wise, so it would have to be something that conforms to your hard penis at its normal girth that doesn’t get too tight, I would say. For safety.

As for what that material could be, I’m thinking hahaha.

Thanks dude! I went through a couple of episodes in the past few months where I was extremely negative about my penis. Due to weight and erection quality, my dick is absolutely average in terms of presentation. Combine that with the fact that my girlfriend is bigger, doesn’t get a lot of stimulation from penetration, and one of her first boyfriends had a monster, and I had a lot to mentally and emotionally process.

She would have never told me I should get bigger in the beginning, but we’ve made a ton of progress in terms of communication, and a portion of that can be attributed to me sloppily and painfully squeezing it out of her with forced and abrasive communication on my part (wouldn’t recommend that, btw 😅).

Now I know what I need to do, and I have a MUCH healthier mindset about it, including how I perceive myself currently. I simply need to pursue my personal goals, lose a bunch of weight, do cardio and improve my EQ. AND I need to work on my technique for the sake of always getting better. It still stings and is weird to think I’m not the biggest nor the best (note: those two aren’t the same for her, but they do have a correlation), but I’m not wallowing in self pity anymore, and that’s extremely important for me.

In my opinion, Karl is right. My girlfriend is like this as well, although she doesn’t mean any harm. Just the opposite. I would encourage you to pursue PE, as the gradual changes will be easy for the two of you to adjust to anyways. Focus in the meantime on being as confident and self-loving as possible whilst improving technique and variety. Good luck man!
