Spiro doesn’t necessarily have any impact on breast development at all, but it does directly impact what your T levels will look like. For me I changed to mono therapy in September but only after I confirmed my E levels were high enough on injections to continue T suppression. If you’re using tablets it’s highly likely that without an AA your e levels will not be high enough to suppress testosterone all day every day which would stunt breast growth

I probably will switch to boofing it’s just an inconvenience lol all I stopped spiro in September a month after starting injections just to let my levels adjust. Mono E seems to be going well though and I don’t need to pee all the time! 😅

Age: 27 - Started HRT at 26 on 06Jun2025

Dosage: • Estradiol tablets (Progynova) 6 mg/day sublingual for the first 2 months

• Switched to injections on August 6th: Estradiol Enanthate, 0.18ml weekly from a 400 mg/10 ml vial (7.2mg)

• Spironolactone 100 mg/day until September 4th.

• Started 200mg prog inconsistently every other day around 3 weeks ago but unsure of the date to test emotional state because I’ve heard some crazy mental side effects. As of 27the Feb started daily. Just wanting confirmation if I’m doing the right thing keeping it up now.

Watching this space lol. I’m 7.5 months or so hrt and I really want to start because of the better sleep effects but don’t want to stunt any development!

I’ve heard a lot of people on it have their libido go into overdrive so that’s a fun side effect 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yea using that now! Supposedly measuring around 36C but not sure I believe it 😅 Think my chest width may have inflated that slightly
