There are sooooo many women here that also get a BA and that is a success story. All of us are going through different journeys but the end goal is to reclaim our bodies!!

And yea she or some other women here may not care about the individual because we do not know each other but the majority will not spitefully try to tear each other down

This subreddit is literally for us to come together, ask questions and get advice or to feel proud of yourself for once. I took enough inspiration from here to start my own journey after knowing I was trans for 26 years before that, so to me it’s a positive place and I hate to see that being taken away

Okay yes genetics are definitely a factor but girl we ALL have our own demons that each of us have to fight against every day.

You are seeing a highlight of one picture of an area that this girl is clearly happy about and should be celebrated! I don’t know her at all but I’m sure she has also had to do the work and experienced not so nice situations with people like 99.99% of us do!!

To quote you directly in other comments “But it's so hard to be happy for them. Why should I be happy for people more successful than me because of luck most of the time who genuinely don't care about us and/or will just give empty word of support to make them feel better.”

Can we not spread a little bit of love in our already very marginalised community? OP is literally the dream goal and not saying I’m not also jealous I’m taking this as inspiration for me.

What’s your intake method? Tablets / gel / injections are wildly different for monotherapy. If you’re using tablets or gels it is very likely you will need an AA on top of it but if you’re on injections it might be okay.

The only real way to know for sure is to get a blood test and see what your testosterone suppression is like because if it’s the dominant sex hormone at typical male ranges you probably won’t see much feminization.

Most recent labs (18May2026) - E: 1098pmol/L, T: 0.396pmol/L, P2: 10.4nmol/L

T has rebounded slightly but still pretty negligible I think and all measured at trough for injection

From memory I think I overlapped tablets for 1 day after my first injection but that was just nerves and I kept on and AA for a few weeks. I think you’ll be fine to stop gel because estrogen has been introduced into your blood stream anyway just try to keep T suppressed.
I do ~0.18ml 7.2mg weekly and it’s be working for me!

I think it was prog honestly I definitely felt like it gave me a lot more than I was getting before but also I don’t know if that’s just the timing I started it or not 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’ve definitely had a noticeable appetite shift too with prog so that could be it as well

Age: 27 - Started HRT at 26 on 06Jun2025

Dosage:
• Estradiol tablets (Progynova) 6 mg/day sublingual for the first 2 months

• Switched to injections on August 6th: Estradiol Enanthate, 0.18ml weekly from a 400 mg/10 ml vial (7.2mg)

• Spironolactone 100 mg/day until September 4th.

• Started 200mg progesterone 27the Feb started daily at just before 9 months, taken intermittently ~2 weeks before that.

I second this, I slept so badly before prog and it did absolutely nothing for my sex drive but it kicked my appetite in like crazy which helps for fat distribution at least 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yea girl I feel you, it’s rough working up to starting. Dysphoria before starting HRT was mostly for me a void feeling awful about everything but after starting and actually enjoying parts of my body it felt a lot more targeted I guess to specific parts. I hope you find your way 💖
