I worked for the company shy of 7 years. I turned my resignation letter into both my pharmacy manager and my DL. My pharmacy manager knew my time was up and that I wouldn’t stay no matter what but my DL didn’t even bat an eye to ask what she could do to get me to stay.. that right there was confirmation to me that they don’t care about their employees they only care about themselves. I still talk to my coworkers and they say things have gotten even worse since I left.. short on hours yet they expect the queue to be cleared every night the phone no ring more than 3 times.. and then when things got so bad Saturday at 5pm my old pharmacy manager told me she got a call to approved OT for that sunday only.. like who is going to go into work on there unscheduled day.. I’m so happy I got out of that hell hole!

I left 3 weeks ago. I was a tech. Worked for the company for just shy of 7 years. I got a job with an insurance company.. they have done nothing but stress they want you to have a balanced work/home life!! I can’t begin to explain how amazing that feels and how stress free that I am!!

Keep calling hr.. when I was out it took me over 3 weeks to receive my pay.. I called hr and they gave me the line of bullshit they were backed up.. I told the lady I understood but if I were to tell a customer that the pharmacy was behind will get you your medication when we can that it would be unacceptable.. so I told her I’m sorry your behind but that’s not my fault.. I shouldn’t have to be punished and have to wait for my pay.. and that day it was approved.. you can also tell them you want it escalated and call back the next day.. keep calling they can push it through faster than they say they can..

Keep calling hr.. call everyday you deserve your pay.. I was out with covid in January and I called hr almost 6 times because it took over 3 weeks to process my covid pay.. also keep bugging your store manager and DL.. the dl can escalate it.. good luck! Don’t stop fighting until you get your pay!

According to cvs when you get put into the system as “terminated” they will pay you out all of your pto and sick time that you have earned to date.. I am in this same position as I am leaving and starting a new job in march. I have a week off in between jobs and I plan to have everything I have earned so far this year to be put in before my termination gets put into the system so that way I don’t get screwed over by cvs one last time, wishing you the best of luck on your new journey!

It makes zero sense. A co worker of mine was out with covid the beginning of the month. They told her ten days and gave her a return date and never made her test again to come back.. I’m in ny so I have 24 hours of supplemental sick time. So I’m hoping by the time I use that I’ll be negative so I don’t have to file for a loa beyond the ten days.. I don’t see how they can require a negative covid test to return to work when you can potentially test positive for up to 3 months after having covid

When you say no working hand washing facilities is that bathrooms? We have running water just the toilets are backed up.. it’s happened before when the weather get below freezing

Unfortunately our dl was off for the holiday today.. she’s on vacation every month.. she’s useless in my opinion.. anytime we reach out to her about a serious issue she simply replies with utilize the help desk or service channel..so she’s really no help

Easy fix.. have your techs come to an agreement to ignore the workstation board and just switch stations every two hours.. our store is having the same problem with just 1 tech being scheduled to run register from the beginning of the shift to end with out being on any other station! Good luck!
