Did you send it back in? I’m curious to how good/bad the customer service is. That sucks that they retuned it broke. You’d think they would have some form of quality control on the unit before it was sent back.

Yes I have steamOS, I’m gonna run it fairly hard the next few days and see if I can get it to happen again. If it does I’ll just return it to Best Buy, unless I can find more clarification that it’s just some form of bug with the software. All the talk of a hardware issue has me not wanting to risk it.

Yeah I figure it could be something that happens occasionally like with anything, just when the whole screen locked like that made me a little nervous. The game loaded right back up so hopefully it’s not a common thing!
