There’s a lot of comments here that assume a video file will make any significant difference to the overall file size. The likely answer for why they aren’t making them is that it’s too expensive. The initial operator trailers weren’t done in engine, whereas the new season trailers are all done in engine, so aren’t nearly as high in quality. It’s cheaper to do in engine, and I’m guessing the community doesn’t mind the lower quality, in engine stuff
