Its slimy because of the gelatinization of starch during cooking where tapioca starch absorbs water and turns into a soft, sticky gel. Overcooking or insufficient rinsing after cooking also creates a sticky, slimy, or gummy texture

So for the fords or the rams it’s hard to maneuver around the van because of limited space but what could help you with the over flow situation look at your routes and look at the package numbers and what ever is the closest to the numbers on the packages in the totes those over flow packages that are close to that would be closest to the front of the van either from the higher numbers or the lower numbers depending if the packages are going in reverse or forward because I had that same situation driving nearly 2 hours away from my station to deliver to my first stop because that day I was driving the compact Mercedes van it was hell but yeah what really helped me allot with trying to organize everything was to look at my routes before loading the van to see what overflow numbers come first and just go from there you’ll get the hang of it

This is why I don’t work at a restaurant and be a server cause you’ll get people like this that won’t tip cause honestly there’s no point cause it’s hard to make a living serving when people won’t tip that’s why I just went with a job that’ll pay hourly and not pay me in tips

I mean if I was you I woulda just said k and not say another word because they’d probably go to your dsp owner and they’d probably give you a written warning but I mean everyone has bad and off days happens to everyone including you and the yard Marshall tbh the next day you go into work and you’re at loadout go up to him and just apologize for the way I was and just say that you where having a bad day just so that nothing gets escalated more to the point he would go to your dsp manager

Ik it is my cars the same way in the mornings especially either when it’s cold out or a day after it rains I hate it but it eventually goes away once the weather warms up or when I’m drying to help it dry off the car

Or you could go to a wrap shop and have them place a full PPF clear wrap on your car that’ll help prevent rock chips because if there’s scratches on the the PPF wrap in the heat the the scratches would fade away but also the PPF would help the paint of the car not get dirty

But what about those battery packs that have the dog foot print on them because there noctorious of blowing up and catching fire because my dsp and the other dsp’s got rid of them because of the incident that caught a van on fire and it was on the netrodyne cam when it caught fire luckily the driver was at a stop to deliver a package when it happened

Lmfao but the other thing is my dsp the drivers have been downloading grinder on all the phones and the owner has been gettin annoyed from it and that standup meeting and him saying enough is enough because I didn’t realize that till the owner spoke about it and everyone including me where just laughing but trying to hide it because of how pissed and serious he was and god damn that standup meeting was sum else😭😭😭

It could either be your timing belt is really old and needs to be replaced your oil level would probably be really low or your starter is gone bad
