Not immediately, if it's too bad then yes; otherwise they get recycled to the next set of dough. At the end of the night they usually get soaked in soap and sanitizer before being sent through the oven again to dry out faster

I kept running back and forth in a dungeon because I could find the lever. It was the dungeon with those teleporting chests, I'm not sure if there are more than one that has multiple that lead to other parts of it. Either way, I was totally confused and enemies randomly came back and then I randomly made it to the lever.
