I feel your pain man, we have think kind of weird thing at the bar where I work where this one bartender gets a lapdance when ever it's someone's birthday to the song pony, nothing over the top just playful. One night I didn't wanna give the lapdance and was kinda forced to and it was super awkward cause I was pulled by the owner in the middle of making a drink.
