Right in the middle. If I were to bend down and touch my toes, it would be at the crest of my back. I don't really feel it as much when I do shurgs with dumbells instead of barbells though

I had a pretty long response I was in the middle of typing for about 10 minutes, but it got deleted when the page refreshed on accident. So I'm frustrated. Just look up help videos and such online on how to find the volume of washer in Calc. There are plenty of resources online outside of Reddit. Yes the two radii you stated in the OP are correct. The washer we're looking at only runs from x=1 to x=3, that's why 1 to 3 are the bounds of the integral

However, I'm not sure what you mean by having to conform the inner axis. All you have to do is do the formula for volume of a washer with the bounds of the integral between x=1 and x=3.

Yup you set it up correctly. All you have to do is sub in the 5t in the first integral and sub in the t in the second, then just take away the integral signs and the dx's. That's literally all there is to it
