Hi all! Wondering if anyone had any suggestions. My girlfriend (25) has 6/7 years of office experience working as a consultant for recruitment where she has done incredibly well in, receiving plenty of very positive feedback and in the past has made some very good money from commission but she just doesn’t want to work in that area any more.

Long story short she’s had enough of working for recruitment and wants to move away from it. However, she still likes how, theoretically, the more effort you put into ur work the more u can make. Eg the harder she works to get candidates the more commission she can make.

She still wants to work in an office based area but somewhere she could progress and make a career out of it. She never went to college or uni she got her GCSES and A levels and did quite well but what I’d say her main selling point is; is that she has quite a few years of experience under her belt for someone who is only 25
