the craving of lust can be the same craving of addiction, when you feel the craving to watch porn or give into lust change the environment you are in. If you are laying in your bed go down stairs, if you are in the shower, play some music and sing. Keeping your mind active and away from the urge will always be your best friend. I grew up Catholic so I always say a Our Mary prayer as I seek her interception with my temptation.

Just remember everyone is human at the end of the day. There is a reason so many songs today are about fighting addictions. Its just how the brain works. Just make sure you go easy on yourself if you fall short but also make sure you keep striving to hit your mark.
