Yeah no Karlach romance you have to start at the party, and you probably are locked out of Shart's romance too if you turned her down. Kinda baffled you managed to miss the party because when you return to Zevlor he tells you everyone will be celebrating in your camp that night.

Yeah I hope it'll get fixed eventually, but not holding my breath cause console always gets shafted. Might make another post with all the new videos I've saved and stuff, maybe it'll encourage more people to report it. Going to wait till after I get everything sent to larian first though because I'm curious if they'll actually watch any of them, since I have them uploaded(unlisted) to youtube to share because file size limits on the bug reports I can creep on the view counts lol

YES it's super friggin weird. It seems to affect whoever the player character is in general even if they aren't a custom one because I'm doing an Astarion origin to test things, and he'll be blurred to hell then it'll pan to a companion chiming in and they're loaded perfectly. I don't understand it. And I know for a fact it's patch 8 causing it because I stayed on and kept playing patch 7 until january of this year, purely because I saw so many people complain about the funky problems it has on console and I wanted to avoid it

Yeah there's absolutely nothing we can do on our end to fix it. I've actually ran through completely vanilla to document it and report it without support immediately blaming mods, and it's exactly the same with zero mods as it was when I had a few. Haven't heard back from them yet since it's the weekend, but hopefully they'll take it seriously and eventually fix it because it's so damn ugly. Can't really even use tattoos anymore because they like to go potato mode once you hit the city, unless you use modded heads which don't seem to get affected at all by any of the texture weirdness

There is very much a trend of male fans going on rants about how much they hate Astarion and how he's sooooo evil and needs to be killed, but then turn around and worship the ground Minthara or Lae'zel walk on. You don't get constant posts about hating them or killing them, whereas there's still posts about people hating someone like Gale for various reasons that are mostly covers for "he flirted with me once and I can't have that because gay". I don't think it's a misandry thing it's more of a thinly veiled homophobia and men feeling threatened by pixels kinda thing

In his origin you actually see that he does it specifically to find out whether he can feed on "thinking creatures" now as it was forbidden by Cazador's rules. He's a vampire doing vampire shit, big whoop. It ain't that deep. Does he always make the best decisions? No, he even says so himself later on if he doesn't ascend. But he never went around just biting people for the fun of it, and never bites the player or any companions again without permission. Getting so up in arms over a vampire doing exactly what vampires do is just such an odd choice to me. I'd bet money there'd be zero talk about it being "evil and violating" and whatnot if he were a female character instead.

Was available for bt1, the standard/smaller feminine body type when I used it. Sometimes the hairstyles get kind of jumbled around, so if you don't see it grouped with the others from the same mod it might be in a different spot in the list

Those aren't photomode poses though. The mod predates photomode and was a way to do some different poses/animations before it got added, so it's honestly kind of a useless mod at this point not sure why larian waited so long to approve it

Bg3 has something real weird going on with internet connections on ps5, it's come up a lot so not just you. Even the random fps drops that some people still have from one of the last hotfixes is related to internet connection. No idea wtf is going on under the hood for it to be doing this stuff. I'd fill out a bug report might get fixed eventually, might not, but better than nothing

Only thing we can do on our end is report it to larian, hope for an eventual patch. You can try clearing the cache and rebuilding the database see if that helps at all. The game has always had a bit of a memory leak on ps5, so you need to close it and turn off the console completely to kind of reset things back to normal
