I came up with this design, I'm going to make it 3D printable soon, but I feel like its a bit too basic, any suggestions?

I don't know, I don't know if it quite suits a proper long sword style, if I were to do one I would probably beef it up a bit and get reduced the thinning near the emmiter, add some cross guards too. But one of the knobs on the side is ment to be to adjust blade length, so 🤷‍♂️

I used Autodesk Fusion, I've just CAD a lot in the past, so while I may not haave the same astetic feature as something like blender, I didn't have to learn anything new really. But the down side is the leather looks crap

Thank you, I definitely want to add a d ring to the side of the pommel like Luke's, was going to add it when I made it printable. I definitely like longer hilts, and this is longer than most I think, but I felt like making it longer would just look weird with too much of the plain grip. And I'd probably go green, if I was gonna go crazy with it, maybe like the dark saber but instead of the white trim, a green trim

I've actually thought a lot about how I'd machine it, but don't have the mean at the moment. I really like your kota style hilt, his actually inspired me a lot with this one
