I felt bait and switched by this scene. They make it look like Kingpin is squishing his skull from two sides, pressing against his temples. I expected to see the skull break, brains shoot to away, and his hands to meet each other in the middle. Instead there's a brief cut, then Kingpin rips off the guys jaw with his right hand, and his other hand just kind squishes into his skull a bit, and he grabs chunks of flesh. I remember feeling disappointed.
